About Us

Metropolitan Atlanta Community Development Corporation (The MAC) is a non-profit organization offering technical assistance, client representation and project management services to facilitate all phases of the real estate development and construction process.

We are committed to the production and delivery of affordable workforce housing to Metropolitan Atlanta Area. The MAC was created in December 2005 as a collaborative effort of six community development corporations at the urging of Enterprise Community Partners to increase housing production.
